It’s another post from me! Shocking I know given my record recently but I’m on a little bit of a roll so let me be! Also this is technically today’s actual prompt…
Six for Sunday is a weekly meme hosted by the lovely Steph at ALITTLEBUTALOT. You can find a list of prompts for October, November and December here

Characters I’d Be Scared To Meet…
So I’m cheating slightly here, some of these I know from films rather than books but still characters so kinda counts right…
Mombi from Return To Oz
Return To Oz is the unofficial follow up to the film version of The Wizard Of Oz. I think it’s somewhat based on some of the original Oz novels but I’ve never read them so I’m not entirely sure… I think I was relatively young when I first watched this film and I was traumatised, I have never rewatched this and I have no wish to! Mombi, and her collection of interchangeable head are without doubt the reason behind that!
The Grand High Witch from The Witches
This is another character pick courtesy of a film that traumatised me as a small child. I have absolutely no wish to ever meet the Grand High Witch or live the rest of my life as a mouse! I’m blaming the film for the fact I’ve never read the book despite having read most of Roald Dahl’s books!
The Sorceress from the Everless Duology
I’m not sure I’d survive a meeting with The Sorceress, she’s absolutely ruthless and not afraid to kill in cold blood… I certainly wouldn’t want to get in her way….
Morg from Everdark
I absolutely adore the Unmapped Chronicles but I certainly wouldn’t want to meet Morg the Harpy who is dead set on stealing the kingdom’s magic…
The Surgeon from The Surgeon
I’m a huge crime reader and I’m sure there are any number of serial killers that I could pick that I really wouldn’t want to bump into but The Surgeon from the book by Tess Gerritsen is one that’s always stuck in my mind, definitely wouldn’t enjoy meeting him anywhere!
Mr Roach from Cogheart
Mr Roach is not a nice person, but what would really freak me out if I ever had the misfortune of meeting him on a dark night is the fact he has mirrors where his eyes should be.

They were my #SixforSunday! If you’ve taken part leave a link to your post below and I’ll be sure to check it out!
