Katy – Jacqueline Wilson
Katy by Jacqueline Wilson is one of my favourite books because it’s funny and I just love it.I like the starting story of when she was a little kid.
Harry Potter – J. K. Rowling
The Harry Potter set by J.K. Rowling is also my favourite because I love the movies as well,and my favourite characters are Hermione,Ginny and Harry also Hedwig.
To Kill A Queen – Valerie Wilding
To Kill A Queen by Valerie Wilding I like because it’s about the history of Queen Elizabeth the 1st and also because I was doing history in school.
Amelia Fang – Laura Ellen Anderson
The Amelia Fang series by Laura Ellen Anderson is just really fun to read I like Amelia and Squashy the most it’s also very funny.
Witch Wars – Sibéal Pounder
The book Witch Wars by Sibeal Pounder I’m loving so far it’s about a girl from where we live but under the pipes is where witch’s live it’s called Ritzy City and there’s a competition going on called Witch Wars and the girl is a contestant.
Everdark – Abi Elphinstone
The book Everdark by Abi Elphinstone is the best book I’ve ever read it’s about an unmapped kingdom called Crackle Dawn and here are the places or to them continents: The NorthSwirl,Ghost Wreck,The Sighing Caves,Little Fern Island,Gold Shell Cove,Turtle Shallows,Endless Falls and LoneCrag.
Diary of a Wimpy Kid – Jeff Kinney
The whole Diary of a Wimpy Kid set by Jeff Kinney I’ve had for such a long time that I have read all of the books now my favourite is dog days because it’s funny.
The World’s Worst Children 1 & 2 – David Walliams
Worlds Worst Children 1 & 2 by David Walliams are just straight up funny my favourite stories are Windy Mindy and No No Noe I don’t remember what book they’re in though.
As Old As Time – Liz Braswell
As Old As Time by Liz Braswell is Beauty and the Beast but hidden secrets.l love it because I love the real movie and on the front cover it says “What if Belles mother cursed the beast?”
The Twits – Roald Dahl
The Twits by Roald Dahl is one of my favourites because I love the part when Mrs Twit puts worms in Mr Twits spaghetti.

Oooh, I haven’t heard of many of these books! Another blogger just tuned me in to Amelia Fang, and I plan on buying a bunch of those books this year for my eight-year-old for us to read together, since it sounds like such a fun series! I’ve never heard of As Old As Time, but it had me at that tagline! Oh, what a tangled web we weave. I’m definitely going to have to get a copy of this, and if it’s as good as you say, I’ll have to pick one up for my mother-in-law, who just loves Beauty and the Beast and also dark retellings. Great post!
