Happy Sunday everyone! These weeks are going past far too quickly, I can’t believe we’re already into mid May! There’s been so many bank holidays recently it feels a little like I’m constantly playing catch up, at work, this coming week is a full five day week and then we have another two four day weeks coming up.
This weekend consisted of an impromptu trip up to St Andrews to take advantage of the sun, including an ice cream from the fabulous Jannettas, and then an overnight stay in Dundee where my best friend and I took full advantage of her new hot tub and spent hours in it!

On SWB This Week
I started off the week confusing everyone by posting my The Sunday Post on a Monday. Elsewhere in the week I shared the books I’d added to the ever increasing TBR pile in April, and shared the contents of my April Fairyloot box. This evening I took part in Six for Sunday and shared some of the books I’d like to reread.

From Around The Blogsphere
I’m starting off some of my favourite posts of the week with the latest Books With The Boy post from Charlotte, Somewhere; S is sharing his thoughts on the first four Harry Potter novels. S’s posts are always a highlight and this was no different.
Steph shared a post about perceptions as part of Mental Health Awareness Month – I found it a really great post and a reminder to be a little kinder to myself from time to time.
Amy shared the latest of her Thoughts On… posts this time talking about Ten Tonnes the self titled debut album from George Ezra’s brother. I’m certainly keen to check it out now.
There were also some great book reviews this week. Charlotte and Layla both reviewed fellow blogger Lucy Powrie’s debut novel The Paper & Hearts Society. Nikki reviewed A Girl Called Justice by Elly Griffiths which is a book on my to read soon pile. Amy reviewed all the books she read during April and there are some fantastic sounding ones in there!
Finally as always on a Sunday there were some great bloggers joining in Six for Sunday including Hannah, Christina, Charlotte, Jemma, Nicole, and Steph herself.

Coming Up On SWB
This week I’m actually hoping to get a few reviews posted so keep your eyes out for them!

That was my week! Let me know your favourite blog post of the week, either one you’ve written or read somewhere else, and I’ll be sure to check it out!

Thank you so much for including both of my posts in here! I’ve enjoyed lots of these posts too; S’s thoughts on Harry Potter especially made me smile when I read It!
