This is the second week in a row I’ve actually remembered to write and share my The Sunday Post! I feel like this week I’ve been playing catch up with life, I think I’m more or less there at work now after my unplanned week off, although it’s slightly frustrating to think I’ve just about caught up, but in two weeks time I’ve got some planned leave and I’m going to have to do it all again…
This week has seen very little reading, I’ve been very tired, I guess that’s my body finishing off recovering from my infection and the operation, fingers crossed this week coming will be better and I’ll want to do more than just crawl into bed when I get home from work! I did however watch a lot of TV this weekend, I binged watched all of Queer Eye season 3 – look out for a post next week! I also caught up with the rest of Teen Mom OG that Sky had on demand.
I didn’t watch any sport but I was following updates on my phone and that lead to a stressful afternoon! Manchester City went two goals down against Swansea in the FA Cup quarter final but we managed to pull out a win in the last couple of minutes, also it was all rather controversial! Then as an England rugby fan living in Scotland there was a rather important game on at Twickenham! Fortunately after blowing a 31 point lead we managed a last minute try and conversion to end the match in a draw, otherwise I wouldn’t be able to show my face in the office tomorrow!

On SWB This Week
On Monday I shared the contents of this month’s Pink Parcel (spoilers!)
On Tuesday I shared some books that I think need a sequel, and some that didn’t as part of Top Ten Tuesday
On Thursday I avoided books altogether as I took part in The Anything But Books Tag
On Sunday I took part in Six for Sunday and shared six of my favourite bookish couples

From Around The Blogsphere
Some of my favourite blog posts from the past week
I discovered a couple of great new tags! The Captain Marvel Book Tag created by The Awkward Book Blogger and The Television Tag over on My World Of Books
AJ shared her goal to visit 30 countries by the time she’s 30
Those that know me know I love everything that Charlotte posts but I have a special fondness for S’s Books With The Boy posts and this week is no different!
Amy shared her February reviews on Golden Books Girl – and she’s read some fantastic books!
There were some fantastic Top Ten Tuesday posts around the Blogsphere and I loved discovering some of the books people would love to see sequels to! Be sure to check out posts from Reading Through Infinity and Thrifty Bibliophile. Literary Weaponry also shared some upcoming sequels she’s looking forward to as part of her post and Book Lovers Blog twisted the prompt and shared books that she feels didn’t need a sequel.
And there was a lot of love for our favourite bookish couples as part of today’s Six for Sunday! Check out posts from A Little But A Lot, The Biblioshelf, and Charlotte, Somewhere – and be sure to let me know your favourite couples!

Coming Up On SWB

It’s weird how time off sometimes feels like punishment when you go back. Like recovering after a vacation feels. I hope you feel better soon:)
