Six for Sunday is a weekly meme hosted by the lovely Steph at ALITTLEBUTALOT. You can find a list of prompts from January to June 2019 here

New Year, New Books
I’ve been sitting here thinking about what to write for this prompt, I’ve already written three separate posts about 2019 releases that I’m looking forward to, by the time this is published two will already be live, and the final one is scheduled to go live tomorrow. I’ve also written a post featuring more of the January releases that caught my eye so I didn’t want to repeat myself too much! So in the end I went for the obvious and am sharing the new books I’ve already bought or pre-ordered in 2019
The Graces by Laure Eve – So I accidentally picked up The Curses without realising it was a sequel. It was a really pretty cover and it sounded interesting! Obviously before I can read it I need to read The Graces and the matching edition was published on the 3rd so they’re now sitting side by side on my shelf.
Two Can Keep A Secret by Karen M. McManus – I’ve been waiting for whatever Karen wrote next from the moment I finished One Of Us Is Lying. I’m so pleased this will be landing on the doormat next week!
The Hunting Party by Lucy Foley – A college reunion in the Scottish Highlands that turns murderous? Of course I pre-ordered this one!
A Danger to Herself and Others by Alyssa B. Sheinmel – This just sounds intriguing! So I pre-order it ahead of it’s February release
You Can’t Hide by Sarah Mussi – Another February pre-order. Quite simply I NEED to know who Charlie is.
Cold as the Grave by James Oswald – I adore the Inspector McLean novels so there was never any doubt this would also be a February pre-order. I can’t wait for it!

They were my #SixforSunday! If you’ve taken part leave a link to your post below and I’ll be sure to check it out!

I also featured 6 books that I’ve pre-ordered for 2019 in my post. The only one we have in common is Two Can Keep A Secret although I didn’t feature that one in my post for some reason! I am really looking forward to The Priory of the Orange Tree.

I hope you enjoy them all! The Priory of the Orange Tree does sound interesting, I’ve not read any of Samantha’s books yet

I haven’t either but I do own some of the Bone Season books. Priory will probably be my first.

I just read a review from a blogger that got an ARC of Two Can Keep A Secret by Karen M. McManus, she LOVED it! I can’t wait to read your review! 🙂

I’d not heard of The Hunting Party but you can bet it’s going on my list now.
