This is such a tricky prompt for me! I’m a sucker for a beautiful book so narrowing it down to just 6 books was impossible, so I cheated! Below you’ll find two Six for Sundays! My 6 favourite covers from books published in 2017 that I managed to read, and six that I didn’t.
Six for Sunday is a weekly meme hosted by the lovely Steph at ALITTLEBUTALOT. You can find a list of the 2018 prompts here
Favourite Books Covers of 2017
First up are the six 2017 releases I managed to read last year. I actually really enjoyed all of these books which is always a bonus! Coincidentally they’re also all YA titles which wasn’t something I did intentionally when searching through my read in 2017 shelf on Goodreads. YA authors and publishers are clearly amazing when it comes to putting the finishing touches to their books.
And my six 2017 releases I didn’t get to, I have no idea if these books are any good, although I’m sure TSQ at least is, but if all else fails they have pretty covers!
They were my #SixforSunday! If you’ve taken part leave a link to your post below and i’ll be sure to check it out!

I adored the Stargazing for Beginners cover! It was the only thing that made me get it from library, seeing I wasn’t huge on the Ladybirds books 😊

I saw the cover on NetGalley and then I read the premise and was like women in STEM I’m all over this, and it didn’t disappoint!

I don’t think you read much M.G, but if women in STEM is something you enjoy then I HIGHLY recommend Brightstorm when it comes out! X

I don’t but I found myself looking at so much in Waterstones when I was with Charlotte today and it all looked so good!

They’re so pretty! I’ve heard mixed things about Caraval but maybe it’s worth it just for the cover…

Pretty covers will be my downfall. I know it.
