Happy Sunday everyone! Once again I’m joining in with The Sunday Post over at Caffinated Book Reviewer.
This week has been wonderfully quiet. Work is becoming far more manageable as I’m coming close to completing my sections of the project I’m working on – although this week coming we have the dreaded strategy away day and this year it’s in a hotel in the middle of nowhere so we don’t even have team drinks afterwards to look forward to. I spent Saturday morning doing dull household chores, washing up, laundry all things I really hate but living on my own I don’t have the option of avoiding. Yesterday afternoon picked up slightly and I binge watched Quantico, I watched a few episodes when it first aired but I got distracted by other shows, after yesterday and this morning I’ve nearly finished the first season.
Blogwise I’ve managed to finally translate some of my scribbles on a number of books into coherent reviews, and I’m currently scheduling them across the next couple of weeks, I’ve also managed to get a few books read and received my first physical ARC, it’s a copy of The White Road, it has black page edges and is so pretty! Yesterday I posted a discussion post inspired by last weeks #SundayYA chat – so please click the link below, let me know how you think we can celebrate international reads more and leave a few recommendations! This week’s chat is all about this year’s YA Book Prize shortlist so join us on Twitter at 6pm UK time!

I would definitely like to read more international YA so that’s a really interesting post. I feel like I’ve read a few but could always use more!
I haven’t seen Quantico, but I’ve heard a little about it and it sounds good.
